Airshow

We will have low level flybys by ex-military aircraft. We also plan to have some live audio from the cockpit when possible.

We will have three aerobatic performers this year. The will perform from 10:AM until 2:30AM with a show each hour on the hour. Keep checking this page for the latest updates.

Kathy Hirtz

Kathy Hirtz We welcome back Kathy Hirtz this year. Kathy is a general practice sports physician. She discovered her passion for aerobatic flying while taking a spin recovery course prior to her first solo. She has participated in numerous air shows. Her high powered routine includes tumbles, flat spins, torque rolls, double hammerheads and other interesting and original maneuvers. She has continued to wow and amaze the Arlington, Wash crowds for the last three years. When not thrilling crowds, Kathy with her husband, renowned aerobatic pilot and aircraft builder, Steve Wolf can be found training students in Cresswell, Oregon at Wings Over Aerobatics, LLC.

Matt Groth

Matt Groth We are also pleased to announce that Matt Groth of Northwest Aerobatics and Airshows of Everett, WA will be performing again this year. Matt went for his first small airplane ride in a Cessna 150 when he was to small to see over the instrument panel. It still inspired him to complete his pilot's license. He became interested in aerobatics and participated in some competitions before moving into the airshow circuit.

Dr. D

Dr. D Dr. D will be appearing for the first time this year at the Ontario Airfaire. Frank Donnelly is a retired psychology professor with over 6000 hours in dozens of mostly old-time airplanes. He performs what he calls Old-Time Aerobatics in a Taylorcraft. He flew 68 performances in the past three years including evening/night performances.
